our classes

All our classes are a combination of breathing techniques (pranayama), poses of the body combining the movement with the breath while looking at a specific part of the body (asanas) and deep relaxation (savasana). Please find more details for each of our classes below.

mild morning practice: Class that combines techniques of pranayama, hatha yoga, yin yoga, restorative yoga and meditation in order to start our day with a smile! Suitable for all levels, ages and physical/mental/psychological states.

meditation: Class of guided meditation with various techniques, in order to calm down the inner voice and the tension of the day.

therapeutics: Class for deep relaxation of the mind and the body that combines pranayama, meditation, yin yoga, yoga nidra, antar mouna. Suitable for all levels and ages.

hatha: Class based on the tradition of hatha yoga. We start our practice with pranayama, go on with asanas and end with savasana. Practice flexible to the level of the students.

ashtanga led/mysore: Class based on the tradition of ashtanga yoga primary series as a guided or self practice style. Before attending this class, it would be proposed to have some experience on hatha yoga.

parents & kids: We get familiar to our body and our breath, we learn to touch, we reveal the power of the theam, we find the power and the light within. A beautiful experience of family activity, that shows us the gate of exploring the potential of body and mind.

teens yoga: Class adjusted to the needs of the teens. We respect our body and use it as a tool to realise the evolution towards the adults world.
